Due to the very short shelf-life of Pink Oyster mushrooms, it’s best to consume as soon as possible. Cut off any parts that look wet, dirty, or moist. Washing mushrooms changes their texture and recommend cleaning your mushrooms with a dry brush or damp cloth and allowed to dry before cooking. To access full nutritional and medicinal values, we advise they be cooked to breakdown tough cell walls and do not recommend eating mushrooms raw.
